Anyone who has the slightest doubt that Jacques Nikonoff could be capable of either committing fraud, or covering up any untruth, has obviously never met him.

You only need to know him very briefly,
as I did some 30 years ago, to know unequivocally that Mr. Nikonoff could never be involved in subtrafuge of any kind.

I am sorry, he had to endure this scrutiny, but admire how he met the challenge with great dignity.
